First off, thanks to everyone who come out in the rain last week to network. We invited a highly successful investor in town named Jeremy Rupp to get our conversation started. He has done everything from a quick flip to high-end new construction in Edina. Most recently he has decided to shift gears and focus on wholesaling and education. With most of us intrigued by both topics and Jeremy’s goofy personality, Kim and I thought he would be a great fit for our meeting.
Right off the bat we were throwing questions at him:
1. Can you give us a quick rundown of the wholesaling process?2. Why did you decide to focus on wholesaling?3. What do you think works and doesn’t work in wholesaling when generating leads?

working try something different. Right now he is really focused on direct mail and will soon be moving to a pay-per-click strategy. Jeremy put a lot of emphasis on your need to answer the phone all the time and FOLLOW-UP! He and his team has spent a lot of time and money building a well oiled machine that focuses on follow-up.
